I always love to dress well. That doesn't always mean dressed up, but I try to never dress down. I'm a creature of habit, so you'll nearly always find me wearing my favourite brands.

I have two staple designers: Sir Paul Smith and Ralph Lauren. You'll often find me out in one or the other, and when it's the latter my preference is towards Ralph Label Black Label or Purple Label (though the story themed pieces from Blue Label can still be fantastic). 2008 has seen my tastes head more Continental, and I've completely fallen in love with the recent Gucci seasons. If only they were properly stocked in Melbourne I might be able to buy some pieces!

Other favourites include: Ted Baker (poor man's Paul Smith, but still a fantastic designer. Met him, his names not really Ted Baker, sorry to shock), Pringle, Thomas Pink, Lacoste, Fred Perry, Aquascutum, Burberry.

I can't get no satisfaction. Cliché. True.

Horse riding, polo business, travelling through Europe (particularly through the United Kingdom), good films, enjoying life and making the most if it, history, particular causes such as architecture preservation, monarchy, fashion, flâneuring, bimbling.

For those who aren't already aware;

bimble - To amble without real aim, yet in a friendly and harmless manner. It's not required to acheive nothing, though it is a frequent side effect. Bimbling can be made a little more business like with a slight hunch of the shoulders.

flâneur Webster defines it simply as "an idle man-about-town," one of those fin-de-siècle dandies who ambled through the crowds of European cities in search of bustle, gossip, and beauty. I think of it more as walking through a city, simply for the sake of walking, absorbing it's culture and admiring its architecture.

Political Correctness Gone Mad - I hate political correctness, the PC brigade, and most everything they've done to society. If one more person tells me that I can no longer call it a blackboard and that I must call it a chalkboard instead, I'll punch them!

Woolworths / Safeway / Big W / Dan Murphy's and the other crap they own for demolishing the following building in Caulfield and replacing it with some modern, fugly-arsed store. Hence, they'll never get another cent of my money.



Ikea. I have come to the conclusion that Satan owns Ikea. Either that, or he simply did their floor plan. Honest to God. They trap you in a maze, provide you with a half-dozen rooms that look really good, and then stick you in a warehouse and tell you to go for it. You can't find a single thing that you want, and when you can it's bigger than any of the stupid trolley's they provide! It's mass-produced garbage.

The White Stripes, Badly Drawn Boy, Robbie Williams, Sir Paul McCartney, James Blunt, The Beatles, Girls Aloud (quite possibly something I'll never live down!!)
